We are actively hiring for an entry-level Wireless Team Member to support the launch and promotion of Verizon’s latest wireless and internet services. This is a direct, customer-focused role for individuals who are enthusiastic about building relationships, supporting client acquisition, and growing in a fast-paced sales environment.
What You'll Do as Wireless Team Member:
- Meet directly with customers to share information about Verizon’s wireless, internet, and tech services
- Answer customer questions and provide service recommendations based on individual needs
- Help process service orders, activations, or upgrades using our sales and CRM systems
- Collaborate with your team to create leads and maintain a referral pipeline
- Represent Verizon with professionalism and positivity to support customer retention
- Participate in campaign updates, team meetings, and sales strategy sessions
What You’ll Need to be a Wireless Team Member:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar fields preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to adapt, learn new products, and overcome objections
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation for in-person customer interactions (no remote work available)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or communications a plus

Pay: $850.00 - $1,350.00 per week
