SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and tenant relations for a small portfolio of commercial properties located in Charleston, South Carolina. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail oriented and highly organized. This position is part time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist Director of Operations in all aspects of property management, including operations and tenant relations
2. Visit properties when needed to meet vendors or tenants, and conduct walkthroughs to ensure property is well maintained and functioning correctly
3. Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
4. Coordinate with brokerage team to handle leasing process, including review of new leases, renewals and terminations
5. Maintain accurate and organized property records, including lease agreements, tenant information and insurance certificates
6. Work with accounts payable team to manage maintenance requests and property necessities
7. Assist team members in supervising larger tenant renovations and upfits

EDUCATION
- High school diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational School
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
EXPERIENCE
- 2-3+ years of related experience in leasing administration and property management
Pay: $40.00 per hour
