Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience working in food hospitality business - Mandatory
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends until midnight

Responsibilities
- Daily opening, operation and closing of the store
- Serve gelato, gelato cakes, granita, milkshakes, and more Rivareno products.
- Prepare crepes and waffles and other products
- Serve, recommend and provide exceptional customer service
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
- Cash register (credit cards, debit cards and cash handling)
- Track stock levels of ingredients and consumables
- Forecast needs and oversee ordering as necessary
- Reception and verification of high-quality standards of products delivered in the store by suppliers
- Compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards (laboratory + store)
- Availability to run different tasks during the shift
- Constant cleaning and sanitizing following RivaReno protocol
Desired experience in the food & beverage business: minimum 2 years proven.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
License/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (Required)
