American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with Level 1 trauma experience for a high-acuity Operating Room position at an inner-city trauma center.

12-hour shifts (6:45am–7:15pm) in a hospital Operating Room
-
High-acuity, inner-city Level 1 trauma center handling complex, high-volume, and diverse surgical cases
-
No block scheduling — schedule is assigned on a deferred basis
-
Travelers are expected to work 4 weekend shifts per month

Holiday coverage is required

Call shifts are part of the schedule

Prior travel experience required

Level 1 trauma center experience required, specifically in high-volume, high-pressure environments

Proven ability to manage critical, fast-paced surgical situations with diverse and severe cases

Experience in large-scale trauma settings — candidates with experience limited to small or low-volume hospitals will not be considered

Burn surgery experience preferred

CST certification required

BLS certification required

Active surgical technologist license required, if applicable
