Line Cook – Full Time/Part Time

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during high‑volume shifts
- Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and daily kitchen tasks
- Uphold consistency, quality, and timing standards
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Ability to follow recipes and direction
- Flexible availability (AM/PM, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
