We are hiring a Workato Integration Lead on a contract basis to design, build, and own enterprise-grade integrations across our business systems. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in San Jose.

Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes connecting SaaS, ERP, CRM, and internal systems

Lead end-to-end integration architecture for complex, multi-system workflows

Own API integrations (REST/SOAP), authentication (OAuth2), and error-handling/retry strategies

Partner with business and engineering stakeholders to scope integration requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues, and implement monitoring/alerting

Document integration architecture and establish best practices for the Workato platform

Proven hands-on experience leading Workato integration projects at scale

Strong background in API design, authentication protocols, and integration error handling

Experience integrating common enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Slack, etc.)

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across distributed, remote teams

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
