About the Company
We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Field Technicians at PuroClean. This is a hands-on position supporting residential and commercial restoration projects. Our team helps families and businesses recover from challenging situations involving water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other types of property damage. We take pride in providing professional, compassionate service while helping our team members develop their skills and grow within the company.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking Field Technicians to join our restoration team. No prior experience is required—we provide training.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with restoration and cleanup projects
- Perform hands-on physical labor
- Maintain and organize equipment, vehicles, and jobsites
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work closely with supervisors and team members
- Provide professional and respectful customer service
Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Must be comfortable with sweaty, dirty, and sometimes strong-smelling environments
- Some jobs require wearing a respirator and passing a FIT test
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Pay & Benefits
- $17/hour starting pay
- $20/hour for tech-savvy candidates
