Pay Range: $2,449.80 - $2,572.29 per week
Schedule: 8-Hour Days, 07:00:00-15:00:00 (Full-time)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Be willing to obtain Washington licensure

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a home health setting, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing personalized care plans for patients requiring occupational therapy services, ensuring quality care and optimal recovery outcomes.
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to adult and pediatric patients in their home environment.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans leveraging key skills such as functional mobility and ADLs.
- Document patient progress accurately and ensure compliance with agency protocols and healthcare regulations.
