Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Process and respond to emails and incoming calls promptly.
- Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Travel to the warehouse as needed to support daily operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Computer proficient and comfortable learning new software.
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (wholesale experience is a plus).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
