As an HVAC Assembly Technician, you will construct HVAC unit shells and install essential components while working across departments, including Welding, Piping, Sheet Metal, Assembly, Line Wiring, Panel Wiring, Casing, and Sub-Assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - First Shift | 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM
- Additional schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM (overtime available during peak seasons)

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Trade school preferred
- 1+ year of experience reading blueprints, schematics, or diagrams (required)
- 1+ year of construction or relevant manufacturing experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience using hand tools and power tools
- 1+ year of experience assembling industrial equipment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stoop and bend
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment
- Ability to work inside an industrial facility
- Must provide your own tools
- Welders must be certified (for applicable roles)
- Piping candidates must have 2+ years of copper piping experience
What You’ll Do as an HVAC Assembly Technician:
- Construct the shell of HVAC units
- Install components such as blowers, coils, bulkheads, and compressors
- Fasten and secure components after placement
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to assemble HVAC units
- Work across departments including Welding, Piping, Sheet Metal, Assembly, Line Wiring, Panel Wiring, Casing, and Sub-Assembly
- Perform other tasks as assigned
