Adventure Crew Member/Go-Kart Maintenance

About the Role
We’re looking to add energetic, customer-focused individuals to our Adventure Crew! You’ll be the first friendly face guests meet—handling check-ins, answering questions, supporting activities, and helping ensure every visit is fun, safe, and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Go-Karts
- Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Manage check-ins, waivers, and party arrivals
- Answer phones and offer clear, helpful information
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Support daily operations and work closely with team members
- Assist party hosts and help coordinate events
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Operate race timing systems and support on-site events
- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and proper conduct
Qualifications
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and POS systems
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
- Positive, professional attitude with a guest-first mindset
- Team-oriented and willing to assist wherever needed
- Must be available daytime evenings and weekends
