Position Summary
The Outpatient Therapist provides individual therapy and collaborates closely with our multidisciplinary team to support patients receiving TMS, Spravato®, and medication management services. This role is ideal for a clinician who values integrated care, patient connection, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy using evidence‑based modalities
- Collaborate with Patient Success Technicians and medical providers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensure
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania license: LPC, LCSW
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
- Experience providing outpatient therapy
- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EMR systems
- Familiarity with TMS, Spravato®, or interventional psychiatry (training provided)
- Interest in integrated or holistic mental health care
