W&L Collision Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Collision Center.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and scheduling
- Provide updates regarding vehicle repair status and timelines
- Handle and coordinate all loaners as well as scheduling Enterprise rentals.
- Provide daily repair status updates to Enterprise
- Coordinate customer communication with insurance companies and internal departments
- Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Collision Center experience preferred, but not required.
