Suite 100 Restaurant is seeking mature, hard-working, reliable, friendly HOSTS and BUSSERS to join our fun support team and assist as we provide exceptional service to our guests. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and follow restaurant procedures professionally and efficiently. Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends. Must have availability of a minimum of 4 shifts per week, including Sundays and Mondays.
Pay is $14.00 + tips (avgerage $19 - $21/ hr.)
Essential functions:
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push or otherwise move heavy objects
- Ability to stand and walk during entire shift
- Approach all encounters with guests and co-workers in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented fashion
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Answer phones in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedule reservations
- Handle to-go orders and arrange special guest requests
- Create positive impressions by promptly and warmly welcoming guests with a smile.
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high-volume times to accurately set guest expectations.
- Courteously escort guests to their seat and provide menus.
- Say “Good bye” and “Thank you” to every guests as they leave.
- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors when called for.
- Restock dishes and glassware.
- Ensure bus stations are kept stocked, tidy, and clean.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Be groomed and professionally dressed for each shift.
