Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct training sessions, and supervise team members to ensure high standards of hospitality and food safety.
- Handle inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimize waste
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with health regulations across the kitchen and dining areas.
- Lead shift management by coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities for smooth service flow.
- Support hiring processes through interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, development, and team management.
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize food production efficiency.
- Prior experience in various restaurant settings including quick service, casual dining, or fine dining is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
