Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for elementary students
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of IEPs, ensuring student needs are addressed
- Act as a case manager for assigned students, overseeing progress and coordinating support services
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies within the school setting
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to promote student growth and well-being
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations
