Hair Stylist Compensation
- 50%–60% scaled commission on service sales
- 5% commission on retail/product sales

Hair Stylist Assistant
We’re also looking for an enthusiastic assistant who wants to learn, grow, and build a career behind the chair.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who:
- Is newly licensed or working toward becoming a stylist
- Loves the beauty industry and wants to continue learning
- Is dependable, positive, and eager to grow
- Enjoys working with guests and supporting the salon team
