Completions Database Specialist

KBR is seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Completions Database Specialist responsible for the setup, administration, maintenance, and reporting of the project completions management system. This role ensures accurate tracking of engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and turnover activities while maintaining data integrity and supporting project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with various teams will be essential in achieving project milestones and delivering a high-quality facility.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Configure, maintain, and administer the completions database.
- Establish and manage systems, subsystems, tags, and turnover boundaries.
- Control user access, permissions, and workflow configurations.
- Import, validate, and maintain engineering, construction, and commissioning data.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across project teams.
- Coordinate data updates with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning stakeholders.
- Generate and distribute completion status reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Track progress of test packages, punch lists, and system turnover activities.
- Support project readiness, forecasting, and turnover planning.
- Provide user training and ongoing technical support for the completions system.
- Facilitate data review sessions and turnover meetings.
- Interface with contractors, vendors, and client representatives regarding completion status and requirements.
- Maintain turnover documentation and support project handover to Operations.
- Identify and resolve database discrepancies, reporting issues, and data quality concerns.
- Support project closeout activities and final documentation delivery.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- 10+ years working experience in Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Punch List Coordinator or similar role in large-scale LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial Project
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as Co-Console, Smart Completion, MCplus and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of QA/QC and turnover documentation requirements.
- Experience supporting EPC projects.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple punch list items simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- This position is contingent upon having a current/valid TWIC card or having the ability to renew or obtain a TWIC card. The TWIC card must be kept current and maintained through employment.
