Job Summary
The data analyst will support warehouse and logistics operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role analyzes operational data, monitors inventory accuracy, and provides insights to improve efficiency, productivity, and shipping performance.
Pay
$22 per hour
Shift
2nd shift: 1 p.m. - 10 p.m., Monday - Friday
Duties
- Analyze warehouse and inventory data using SAP and Excel
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
- Track key performance indicators such as productivity, order accuracy, inventory levels, and shipping performance
- Create and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, operations teams, and management to support business decisions
- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across systems
- Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation activities
- Assist with forecasting, planning, and resource allocation based on operational data
- Maintain documentation of reporting procedures and data processes
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a data analyst, inventory analyst, logistics analyst, or related role
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate findings effectively to management and operations teams
