Job Overview
We are seeking a CERTIFIED Project Management Professional (PMP) specializing in Construction and Security Integration. In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects with a focus on security systems integration. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client specifications. Your proactive approach and strong technical background will be instrumental in achieving project success and exceeding client expectations.
Duties
- Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, schematics, blueprints, and contract requirements.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, schematics, blueprints, and change orders
- Monitor project progress through detailed project scheduling to identify potential delays or cost overruns early.
- Facilitate communication by conducting regular meetings, progress reports, and site inspections to maintain momentum.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and client specifications while maintaining high standards of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). PMI or SIA certification with proven experience will be considered.
- Previous Project Management experience in security and/or construction
- Strong command of PMI or SIA standards for Project Management
- Strong team skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Security industry technical knowledge highly desirable
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
