About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive team member to support a fast-paced real estate business that operates beyond traditional business hours. This is a full-time position is to help support client needs, scheduling, communication, and business operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, professional, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift quickly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and time-sensitive tasks
- Support client communication and help ensure an excellent customer experience
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks
- Help manage calendars, follow-ups, and organization of daily priorities
- Coordinate logistics for showings, meetings, and appointments
- Assist with problem-solving and helping operations run efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in a client-focused environment
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability required
- Previous experience in administration, hospitality, customer service, real estate, or operations is preferred but not required
