FILLO MODERN GREEK in OTR is HIRING!
We are OPENING OUR PATIO and expeding our team! (not just for the patio) We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced servers to join our team in an upscale dining Modern Greek restaurant in OTR. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
· Provide warm friendly, and professional services fit for fine dining setting
· Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
· Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful
· Comfortable with executing table side food service for select dishes
· Comfortable selling, describing and opening bottles of wine in front of guests
· Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
· Handle customer requests in a courteous and professional manner
· Maintain a clean and organized dining area
· Work as part of a team to provide excellent service
Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining preferred
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
· Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
