NOW HIRING BILINGUAL TOW TRUCK DRIVERS – ORLANDO & CENTRAL FLORIDA
We are currently looking for responsible, dependable, hardworking, and professional Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team.
Applicants MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish.
We are looking for drivers who take their job seriously, arrive on time, communicate professionally, take care of company equipment, and are committed to providing excellent service.
BONUSES & EARNING OPPORTUNITIES
In addition to regular compensation, drivers have opportunities to earn EXTRA MONEY:
- Accident Recovery Bonuses – Additional bonuses for qualifying accident vehicle pickups.
- Performance Bonuses – Earn additional bonuses by reaching the performance goals established by the company.

SCHEDULE
- One day off per week.
- The specific day off will be determined after joining the company, based on the company’s schedule and operational needs.
- Drivers must have flexible availability and be responsible for reporting to work on time for all scheduled shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely and professionally operate company tow trucks.
- Respond promptly to towing and roadside service calls.
- Pick up and transport vehicles safely.
- Respond to accident-related towing calls when assigned.
- Properly load and secure vehicles before transportation.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Maintain constant and professional communication with dispatch.
- Provide professional customer service in English and Spanish.
- Properly document and complete assigned calls using required mobile applications.
- Keep company trucks and equipment clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Be punctual, dependable, and responsible for all assigned calls and shifts.
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST speak English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
- Strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable driving throughout Orlando and Central Florida.
- Ability to follow dispatch instructions and use GPS/mobile applications.
- Ability to safely perform the physical duties required for towing.
- Must properly care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Towing experience is preferred.

Orlando and surrounding Central Florida areas, including Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Kissimmee, Davenport, Celebration, Lake Buena Vista, Apopka, Mount Dora, Eustis, Tavares, Leesburg, Sanford, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, Oviedo, St. Cloud, Poinciana, Haines City, Four Corners, Deltona, DeBary, Orange City and surrounding areas.
