Summary:
A Property Claim Representative is responsible for handling insurance claims filed by policyholders.
Essential Functions:
- Investigate claims and obtain relevant facts to determine coverage
- Write and obtain an agreed estimate of damages when coverage is available.
- Document claim file activities in accurate and timely manner.
- Interact effectively with customers, insurance agents, contractors and other personnel involved in the claims process.
The physical work environment for this position involves sitting in an office setting, communicating with others face-to-face, electronically and by telephone . Qualified applicants will have previous property claims adjusting experience or construction experience.
