This is a remote, commission-based position with hands-on training, mentorship, and a proven system designed to help new agents succeed quickly.
No prior insurance experience is required. We train individuals from many different backgrounds including:
customer service
retail
hospitality
real estate
solar
car sales
fitness
appointment setting
other commission-based industries

Responsibilities
Speak with clients who requested information about life insurance coverage
Schedule and run phone or Zoom appointments
Help clients find coverage that fits their needs and budget
Follow training and mentorship systems
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
Attend team trainings and meetings
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Comfortable speaking with people
Coachable attitude
Ability to work independently
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license if not already licensed.
Compensation Details
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped income potential. Estimated earnings shown are based on production averages of active agents.
Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
