American Leadership Academy - Spanish Fork is now accepting applications for a part-time Music Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year for our campus located in Spanish Fork, UT. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and deliver age-appropriate general music lessons for students in grades K–6, aligned with school-wide curriculum goals and Core Knowledge sequence.

Introduce students to rhythm, melody, harmony, instrument families, vocal technique, and movement

Integrate diverse musical traditions and culturally responsive content

Prepare students for informal performances, assemblies, and school-wide events as applicable
-
Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to support interdisciplinary learning
-
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
-
Communicate student progress and needs to families and school staff
-
Contribute to school culture and community through participation in faculty meetings and trainings

Experience teaching elementary music
