To be eligible for Baylor benefit (i.e., bonus hours), you must work all required hours during that pay period. If you do not work all required hours during your pay period, you will only be paid hours worked.
- Sign-on bonus $3,500.00 (CNA)
- Sign-on bonus $5,000 (LPN)
- Sign-on bonus $5,000 (RN)
payable in three installments as follows: 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.

The Baylor Nurse (RN or LPN) is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an RN/LPN, you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment, including:
Assessment- Care Planning
- Implementing Care
- Managing Patient Care
- Quality Improvement
- Problem Solving
- Bedside Nursing
- Medication Administration
- Treatments
Required qualifications:
Graduate of an approved (RN or LPN) Program.
Previous experience as an RN in an acute care/long-term care setting is desirable.
Current licensure to practice as an RN or LPN in the State of New York.
