Corbella Clinic seeks a pro-life Nurse Manager (Director of Patient Services) to provide leadership, supervision, administrative support and guidance to the medical services and nurse staff at the clinic; perform medical services such as pregnancy testing, ultrasounds and STI testing and provide patient follow-up care. Training in limited obstetrical ultrasounds will be provided. The position is full-time.

2. Professional:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current IL licensure.
- Open to training in limited OB ultrasound. Corbella Clinic will provide training.
- Basic computer skills, organizational and technical aptitude, high attention to procedure and detail.
3. Educational:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related knowledge and experience.
- Experience in a non-profit or community-based organization, such as a pregnancy resource center or counseling, social service, or family service provider is helpful but not required.
4. Personal:
- Able to empathize with those in distress and give practical assistance.
- Strong discernment and active listening skills.
- Patient focused and ability to engage confidently in a non-directive, non-judgmental manner with all patient demographics and situations.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
5. Relational:
- Ability to work as a team member, seek consultation when needed, work independently and accept responsibility.
