We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish / English) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting and account management. You're the primary point of contact for candidates, client sites, and our operations staff. The successful candidate will be organized, personable, and thrive in a high-volume environment.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and place candidates for light industrial, hospitality, guest services, project labor and event positions nationwide
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach through onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client sites, candidates, and internal operations staff
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through
- Manage active worker pipelines and ensure client positions are filled on time
- Address and resolve client and candidate concerns quickly and professionally
- Support event staffing recruitment as needed
- Meet and exceed placement targets and client satisfaction expectations
What You'll Need
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in recruiting, account management, or staffing a plus, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple clients and open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a remote environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or workforce management platforms a plus
What You'll Earn
- $50,000 – $60,000 annual salary, depending on experience
- Weekly pay schedule
