Join our team for the exciting Fourth of July season! We are hiring Seasonal Fireworks Sales Associates to work June 26 through July 4 at our TNT Fireworks stand in West Valley. Team members will help customers find the perfect fireworks, maintain a clean and organized stand, and create a fun, safe, and energetic shopping experience. This is a fast-paced seasonal position ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working with people and are available to work during our busiest sales week of the year.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with selecting fireworks
- Learn product information and make recommendations
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions
- Restock inventory and keep displays organized
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
- Follow all fireworks safety guidelines and company policies
- Help with opening and closing procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Experience & Qualifications
- No prior experience required, training provided
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Retail, sales, customer service, or cash-handling experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
