Position Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will take ownership of developing new business relationships, managing client accounts, and guiding prospects through a consultative sales process from introduction to close. This is a remote role that requires initiative, discipline, and consistent execution.
Primary Responsibilities
● Prospect and connect with business decision-makers ● Conduct consultative presentations of products and services ● Manage a full sales pipeline from initial outreach through closing ● Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline progress within CRM systems ● Meet or exceed defined performance metrics ● Build long-term client relationships through professional follow-up

● Strong communicator with confidence in professional settings ● Self-directed and comfortable working remotely ● Competitive and goal-oriented ● Adaptable and receptive to coaching ● Prior sales experience preferred, though not required
Compensation & Growth
