This Customer Sales Associate position, located in Riviera Beach, Florida, is responsible for providing a high level of customer service, as well as support to our outside sales reps.

FSS Company is a well-established and highly respected provider of bricks, pavers, sand, and abrasive finishing products, since 1948, with various locations throughout Florida. Half our employees have been with us an average of 16 years. We are a family-owned business, where everyone is family.
THE POSITION
We are looking for someone who is eager to gain in-depth knowledge of our products in order to handle customer inquiries about the products, pricing, and delivery. You would take orders, coordinate with vendors, and help resolve any customer issues, as well as interface with outside sales reps.
Hours are 7:30 – 4:30, with an hour lunch. Must be flexible to work some overtime.

SKILLS
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
· Ability to prioritize and organize work
· Knowledge of MS Office
· A sense of ownership and urgency. Willing to “wear many hats”.
· Customer service/sales experience a plus, but not required.
· Bi-lingual preferred
· High School Diploma or GED
