Maximum Performance is the largest locally owned group training facility in the area! We are looking for qualified Fitness Sales Associates that are goals motivated, want to have an impact on the community, are knowledgeable in fitness and want to deliver service excellence!
The ideal candidate must be available in the evenings Mondays 11am-6pm, Tuesday-Thursday 2pm-7pm & Saturday 8am-11am. Our ideal candidate also has strong customer service skills, basic sales experience, a passion for fitness and fluent in Spanish. This position will be responsible for the growth of our Belvidere location through the recruitment of new members, delivering exceptional service and community outreach.
Duties / Responsibilities include:
- Communication with prospective new members
- New member consultations
- Community outreach to establish networking opportunities
- On-boarding of new members
- Greeting members and guests to establish a welcoming environment
- Team work to deliver exceptional service to members
- Organization of challenges, events and extra activities
- Responsible for growth goals
- Participation in MaxP training sessions
- Maintains an organized and clean work space
Required skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Google Drive Microsoft Word and Excel
- Sales and Customer Service Experience
- Computer skills
- Fitness minded (strong understanding of exercise and nutrition)
