Are you a builder of systems, or just a passenger inside of one?At Aggregate Haulers, we don’t manage people; we manage systems. We don’t micromanage, and we don’t hold hands. We create a framework of high responsibility and freedom of choice, where the natural consequences of your decisions—good or bad—belong entirely to you.We are looking for an Area Leader to run the entire show in our local area of operation. You will make the decisions on how the business is run and represent Aggregate Haulers as the ultimate Go-To Person. If you are looking for a comfortable, predictable "9-to-5" where you can hide behind corporate policies, delegate your mistakes, or coast on average results, do not apply. This role will vapor-lock a passive manager. But if you are a self-reliant, logically driven leader who steps into a mess, or the unknown, to build a framework of excellence, we want to talk to you.
Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):

- A System Builder: You don't just work inside a system; you build and optimize them. You create frameworks that encourage freedom of choice for your team, acting as a leader rather than a dictator.

- A Persuasive Communicator: You are naturally outgoing, communicative, and capable of rallying a team. You know how to motivate, encourage, and "sell" your vision to drivers, customers, and partners.
- A Sleeves-up Doer: You prefer to focus on the big picture but understand the importance of absolute quality, accuracy, and C-level outcomes with the day-to-day tasks. You are curious and capable of learning the finer points that make the engine run.
- Courageous & Accountable: You have the courage to confront issues directly, apologize quickly when you are wrong, and do the right thing for the team. No politics, no cowardice.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Own the Area: Take 100% responsibility for the operational and financial success of your designated territory. Own your relationships - drivers and customers. Own your P&L. Own the day-to-day decisions and build your book of business in your area.
- Lead through Influence: Use a persuasive, proactive communication style to build strong relationships with drivers, customers, and sub-contractors.
- Adapt: Respond quickly to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and operational pressures without losing your focus on quality.
- Execute: Dispatch and schedule your fleets jobs with a focus on Win Together for drivers and customers alike.
- Ensure Safety Compliance & Accuracy: Safety Always philosophy! Balance your big-picture vision with a respect for local regulations, safety procedures, and operational details.
