We're seeking an experienced and motivated RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at a premier skilled nursing facility in Florida. If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care while mentoring and supporting nursing staff, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As our Weekend Supervisor, you'll provide clinical leadership and operational oversight to ensure the highest quality of care throughout the weekend. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to support residents, families, and staff while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during weekend shifts.
- Ensure exceptional resident care and prompt response to clinical needs.
- Monitor resident assessments, documentation, and care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Address staffing concerns and assist with scheduling as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the clinical resource and problem-solver for the nursing team.
Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
- Supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and decisive in a fast-paced environment.
