Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles, colors, and treatments
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, extensions, and texturizing treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following health regulations scheduling appointments, client records, and retail sales management
- Provide expert advice on hair care routines and retail product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction
- Manage your your your own client
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and providing guidance on customer service excellence
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state regulations
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling wor
- Knowledge of hair coloring techniques and color theory principles
- Skilled in hair extensions application, make Up and bridal
- Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently and adhere to health guidelines
- Strong retail sales skills with experience in upselling products to clients

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
