Location: Durham, NC
Position: Retreading Facility Supervisor
What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations and ensure production goals are met

Train, coach, and supervise team members' performance

Assist in the production process and help in stations that are falling behind

Maintain production quality and safety standards

Manage schedules, payroll, and inventory levels

Ensure routine maintenance is performed on retreading production equipment

Facilitate repairs on production equipment as needed

Address customer and employee concerns with effective solutions
What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
-
Retread plant management experience required
-
Retread plant technician experience
-
Strong leadership and organizational skills
-
Ability to work independently and in a team
-
Mechanical skills (a plus, but not required)
