POSITION OVERVIEW
- Lead Provider role within an established private practice
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services
- Manage 2-3 operatories with strong clinical support
- Average 8-10 procedures daily
- Leadership autonomy with opportunity to drive practice growth

COMPENSATION

SCHEDULE
- Monday-Thursday Schedule
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Four-Day Work Week
- No Weekends
- No Call Requirements
- No Major Holidays
ROLE
- Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
- Lead clinical operations as the on-site provider
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients
- Manage multiple operatories efficiently
- Collaborate with support staff to maximize patient experience
- Drive quality outcomes and patient retention

Requirements:
- DDS Or DMD Degree REQUIRED
- Active Florida Dental License REQUIRED Or Ability To Obtain
- Minimum One Year Of Clinical Experience REQUIRED
- Comfortable Managing Multiple Operatories REQUIRED
- Strong Leadership And Communication Skills REQUIRED
- Commitment To Patient-Centered Care REQUIRED
- Experience With Dentrix Preferred
