Join our State Farm Agency serving Northern New Jersey for over 35 years. We are seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service / Sales Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Requirements:
. Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
. Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License (required)
. Active New Jersey Life License (required)
. State Farm agency experience is a strong plus
. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
. Friendly, patient, dependable, and team-oriented
. Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales expectations while providing outstanding customer service
Responsibilities:
. Service existing customers and build lasting relationships
. Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products
. Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate coverage
. Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional follow-up
