Speech Language Pathologist Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team! We are a multi-disciplinary practice that provides data-driven, effective speech, language, and feeding evaluations, therapy, and intervention. Seeking an enthusiastic speech pathologist with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families. Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time positions for speech language pathologist or CFY.
SLP Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, feeding, and communication.
- Develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to ensure maximum progress toward goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support patient progress.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for home practice.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Skills
- Proficiency in techniques and methodologies relevant to the field of speech, language, feeding, and communication.
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and prepare comprehensive plans of care.
