Caregiver Needed for Easy-Going Adult with Cerebral Palsy – Old Town Fort Collins
We're looking for a compassionate, reliable caregiver to support Sterling, a low-maintenance, social and easy-going adult male living with cerebral palsy. Sterling enjoys playing and watching sports, working out at the gym, has a great sense of humor and enjoys socializing and connecting with good-spirited and actively engaging people. He would like assistance with daily routines and companionship, as well as trips to Denver from time to time, so an adventurous and street-smart individual would be a good candidate.
Schedule: To Be Determined

Pay: $20 – $22/hour, depending on experience
Duties Include:
- Accompaniment - Starting off as a back-up caregiver, as well as planned trips to Denver from time-to-time.
- Assistance with showering and dressing
- Meal preparation
- Light Housekeeping in Studio Apartment
- Stretching exercises
- Transportation to local activities and appointments
- Accompaniment during outings or at home
- Shopping and errands
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, professional and respectful.
- Reliable with good communication skills.
- Experience with disability or care giving preferred but not required. Sterling will provide training.
- Comfortable providing personal care and physical support.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
