About the Role
Plant Club is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our daily warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on production management. This position is responsible for ensuring production goals are achieved while maintaining smooth warehouse operations across inventory, receiving, fulfillment, packing, shipping, quality control, and employee performance.
The ideal candidate is an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands e-commerce operations, and knows how to motivate teams while driving productivity, accuracy, and accountability.
This role reports directly to the Warehouse Director.
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Additional hours, weekends, and overtime may be required based on production schedules and business needs.
What You'll Do
Production Leadership (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage all daily production activities to ensure production goals are achieved.
- Monitor employee productivity and ensure production targets are met.
- Coordinate workflow between production, inventory, receiving, and fulfillment.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards before entering inventory.
- Minimize downtime, waste, and production errors.
- Train employees on production processes, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
- Improve production efficiency through continuous process improvements.
- Ensure all production equipment and workstations remain organized and operational.
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, storage, replenishment, fulfillment, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate warehouse workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Team Leadership
- Supervise warehouse supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.
- Coach employees to improve productivity and quality.
- Conduct daily team meetings to communicate priorities and production goals.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain employee accountability for attendance, productivity, safety, and company policies.
Systems & Reporting
- Utilize ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory, production, and warehouse operations.
- Monitor daily warehouse performance and operational KPIs.
- Prepare reports for warehouse leadership.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Warehouse Management experience.
- Experience managing production operations in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with high-volume e-commerce fulfillment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience managing warehouse teams of 20+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, receiving, shipping, production, and fulfillment.
- Experience tracking and improving warehouse KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consumer products, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or distribution.
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Management is a plus.
