Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver top-tier customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, staff scheduling, and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
- Manage inventory control, food handling procedures, and ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Conduct staff training sessions on food preparation, customer service excellence, food safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Monitor financial performance by managing budgeting processes, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Supervise kitchen management activities including food production, culinary standards, and kitchen safety practices.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Oversee catering services, banquet events, bar operations, and special promotions to enhance revenue streams.
- Interview prospective employees, participate in hiring decisions, and develop ongoing training & development programs for staff growth.
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food service management.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
- Demonstrated supervising experience within hospitality or restaurant environments; ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes, food safety regulations (including HACCP standards), and budgeting practices.
- Prior casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable; banquet or catering background is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Pay: $65,560.50 - $78,954.59 per year
