This is an on-site, contract position within the Medical Practice industry, offering a unique opportunity to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services while gaining valuable clinical experience at an associate level.
As a Locum Radiologist, you will play a critical role in interpreting diagnostic imaging studies, collaborating with referring physicians, and ensuring accurate and timely diagnoses for patients. This contract role is ideal for a physician looking to contribute to a dynamic healthcare team in a flexible capacity, working directly on-site in Minneapolis to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

- Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds

Provide accurate and timely reports to referring physicians

Consult with medical staff on complex cases and imaging findings

Ensure compliance with all radiology safety standards and protocols

Document findings in accordance with medical and legal requirements

Collaborate with radiologic technologists to optimize image quality

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in radiology practices

Adhere to hospital and departmental policies and procedures

Provide coverage as scheduled, ensuring continuous radiology services
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

Board certification or board eligibility in Radiology

Active and unrestricted medical license in Minnesota

Completion of an accredited radiology residency program

Strong proficiency in interpreting various imaging modalities

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
After-hours, weekend, and holiday call rotation
Duties: Image-guided procedures including angiography, embolization, stent placement, biopsies, and drainage procedures
EMR: CPRS
Must be board-certified
