Responsibilities
- Serve pizza and other menu items efficiently while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and managing guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, preparation assistance, and sanitation tasks as needed
- Stock and clean work area, as well as organize and maintain product and tools needed to complete job and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts, multitask efficiently, and stay organized under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances team collaboration
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a lively restaurant environment
