Description:
This position is responsible for forming children and families in the Catholic faith by fostering a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, supporting parents as the primary educators of their children, and preparing young people to receive the Sacraments. The Director of Faith Formation works closely with parish clergy, staff, and volunteers to build and empower families to deepen and live out their Catholic faith in the parish and greater community.

Qualifications

Practicing Catholic in good standing with a commitment to the teachings of the Church

Bachelors' degree in theology, Catholic Studies, or related field (Preferred)

Experience in catechesis, education, or parish ministry

Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Compensation

Full-Time 30 hours per week hourly ($28.21- $31.41 based on education and experience)
