Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $17 per hour, 10 or more hours per event.
Job Description:
Assist with maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests during football games and events. / Assist with parking operations and traffic flow before, during, and after football games.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Assist security personnel with monitoring entrances, exits, and designated event areas.
- Help manage crowds and direct guests to the appropriate areas.
- Monitor assigned areas and report suspicious, unsafe, or unusual activity to security supervisors.
- Assist with enforcing event rules and facility policies.
- Provide directions and general assistance to guests.
- Respond calmly and professionally to guest questions or concerns.
- Remain at the assigned post throughout the event unless relieved by a supervisor.
- Assist with post-game crowd control and facility closing procedures.
Direct vehicles to designated parking areas.
- Assist guests with locating parking areas and entrances.
- Help maintain organized traffic flow entering and leaving the facility.
- Monitor designated parking areas and report issues to supervisors.
- Assist with directing pedestrians safely through parking areas.
- Help identify reserved, staff, VIP, accessible, and general parking areas.
- Provide courteous customer service to guests.
- Assist with post-game traffic and parking lot operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions from event management.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be professional, alert, and dependable.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and security personnel.
- Previous security or event experience is helpful but not required.
