Curry Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Manager. Successful candidates will have outstanding interpersonal skills as well as the discipline and drive to put in the work necessary to be successful. This position is about building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering a great service experience. We are looking for someone who works hard and is interested in a career with long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Promote the sale of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements
- Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customers to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services
- Coordinate automotive repair and maintenance services to obtain maximum utilization of technicians, automotive equipment, and parts resources to prevent operational delays in other departments
- Train service members in the skills necessary in performance of their duties
- Maintain daily sales and production records as prescribed by dealership management
- Assure the proper repair order flow for maximum productivity
- Monitor and control all warranty activity and assure compliance with warranty policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Two or more years of previous experience as a Service Manager
- Domestic automotive experience
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Great attitude with high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Outstanding communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
