Job description:
- Deliver structured training programs before, during, and after store openings, ensuring franchisees are fully equipped to operate independently.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to franchise owners, building strong, collaborative relationships through clear communication and hands-on support.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Monitor franchisee compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards to maintain consistency across all locations.
- Provide tailored consulting and problem-solving support to help franchise owners overcome challenges, improve profitability, and drive long-term business growth.
- Gather feedback from franchisees and share insights with leadership to inform future training and operational strategies.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and evaluations to track franchisee progress and overall program effectiveness.
Training Specialist Qualifications:
- Proven background in operational leadership, with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and approachable style and patience in building relationships.
- Strong business acumen, with a consultative approach to problem solving and guiding franchisees toward improved results.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to balance independent work with supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage travel, schedules, and priorities while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
- Willingness and ability to travel 85% of the time to support franchise operations across Florida and select out-of-state markets.

- Full-time, direct hire position
- Flexible schedule required, including willingness to work weekends for store openings
- Primary territory covers Jacksonville, Ocala, and Lake City, FL with out-of-state travel as needed
- Salary starting at $60k annually, with flexibility based on experience
