Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Greet guest
- Ensure office and reception area is clean
- Update clients and schedule as needed
- Perform basic clerical receptionist duties- filing, transcribing, computer work
Requirements and skills
- Receptionist experience, front desk or similar
- Hands on with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when situations arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time management with ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
Work Location: In person
